Welcome to our little site which we've put here to share snapshots of the family. The family consists of myself, "C" who I've been living with for seven years, and "A" and "B", our daughters, 5 and 2 respectively. 

Stratford-Upon-Avon

Our family holiday this year was to Stratford-Upon-Avon in Warwickshire. Even though it's barely an hour's journey from home, we may as well have been in another world. With its wide streets, rolling farmland and riverside views, it was an idyllic holiday location. We didn't do a lot of tourist-y things, didn't do the Shakespeare houses or go to the local tourist traps of Warwick Castle, Leamington Spa or the Cotswolds, but decided instead to thoroughly investigate and soak up the atmosphere of Stratford itself. The Swans, the Ice Cream shops and the countryside walks all served to make it a wonderfully restful and enjoyable holiday.

Cannon Hill Park Nature Centre

Just a few minutes from Birmingham City Centre is an oasis of countryside. Cannon Hill Park boasts an array of small animals, an entertainments venue, climbing frames, slides, swings, and a great boating lake and park with plenty of hungry geese and ducks. We love going there, and the photos and videos we're sharing with you here have been gleaned from our numerous visits. Tranquility for us and excitement for the kids. Couldn't ask for much more.
